When I first went to see Lesley, I knew little to nothing about Reiki. Lesley welcomed me in and took the time to explain what would happen in our Reiki sessions. The setting is very tranquil. For the next hour, I feel disconnected from my problems. I leave my sessions relaxed and a sensation of a physical weight off my shoulders. If you're on the fence and not sure... 100% give it a go.
