About Me
My Reiki journey began in 1994 when, as a nurse struggling with sleep, I was introduced to Reiki. After just a few sessions, my sleep improved significantly.
In 2010, facing personal challenges, I returned to Reiki, which quickly restored my emotional well-being, mental stability, and sleep.
In 2021, I deepened my practice at Lendrick Lodge, training under Reiki Master Victoria Lyons and completing Advanced Reiki training. This experience transformed my life and deepened my spiritual awakening.
I'm proud to have trained under Masters with a direct lineage to Dr. Usui, ensuring the purity of their teachings.


What is Reiki?
Reiki is a natural healing practice from Japan that uses universal life energy. Developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century after years of study and meditation, Reiki promotes spiritual growth, healing oneself, and helping others heal. Usui Reiki involves placing hands lightly on or near the body to channel universal healing energy, focusing on the body's chakras, or energy centers, to restore balance and alignment
Anyone can receive or learn Reiki, as it doesn’t require a belief system—only the desire to heal. Reiki can assist with emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental conditions
